It has been a while since I have posted something on here. It has been a busy few months! One of the biggest highlights was attending the Coronation Concert for King Charles back in May.

It was an incredible experience, we drove to Windsor from South Wales and arrived around 11am, we got our parking in the Great Windsor Park and caught a buggy ride up the long walk up to the Castle where we waiting for a little bit before deciding to make an exit in to Windsor town to grab a bite to eat and look around some of the shops.

We managed to book a table in The Long Walk Bar & Grill and we were not disappointed, this establishment was very reasonably priced, good food choice and excelled service.

After food, we walked back down to the long walk in readiness to enter the Castle grounds (we were a bit gutted as we had just missed Will & Kate doing a meet and greet)

We caught the buggy up to the Castle once the sterile area was cleared of Royals and queued up at the security which went quite quickly as we were at the front of the queue and made our way in to to the castle grounds and on to the east lawn where the concert was taking place.
We had a quick look around the concert venue and then took our seats ready for the pre-show activities.
